Team, Jamie. Masters today went a little something like this:400 swim free

8 x 50 choice on :50
4 x 500 on 8:00 (ouch! making the interval wasn't hard, but just doing the yardage was!)
16 x 25 kick w/fins on :30
Ladder set (this was really cool!):
first part build up, second part descending
1 x 25 on :30
1 x 50 on :50
1 x 75 on 1:10
1 x 100 on 1:30
30 sec rest
1 x 100 on 2:00
1 x 75 on 1:20
1 x 50 on 1:00
1 x 25 all out
4200 total
We only did the ladder set once because of time, but it would have been a great one to do two or three times. It's a great drill for working the last parts of races, and it's actually really fun. I think this is one the team might want to try sometime. MA, Jenny, all you guys, what do you think?
