i got in the pool today!
hey guys,i went to the YMCA today and was practicing some of the new drills. mostly though, i was realizing how out of shape i am! i should get in with you and swim...although, that would take away my vantage point from the deck which makes me helpful to you! anyway, i have been sorting through a lot of different swimming books and learning a lot about how different coaches practice. i'm really excited for the rest of the season and for helping you guys to get faster than ever!
